  11. Miracle noodles not impossible. Bought them later in the week I'll try em. Wonder how many days it will take to finish the whole bag.[emoji849] there's all different kinds of these. This just happened to be the one I bumped into first. I bet the plain ones are like the other commenter said and take on the flavor which is great definitely going to try those shiitake mushroom noodles sooner than later.

  16. Has anyone tried those impossible pasta? Impossible noodles? It's like clear and 15 or so calories no carbs and the reviews are great. Just wondering if anyone here has tried or heard of them.

  18. Oh yeah and my feet dont hurt anymore when I walk. Plantar arch problems all just gone. Also running to catch the bus doesnt leave me light headed and huffing for an hour after and stairs are no longer dreaded torture devices.
  19. I have two that are the same. My son came and gave me a big bear hug and said mommy I can reach all the way around you now!!! I can touch my hands together. My boyfriend has never said much accept being super supportive in all I try to accomplish but after my son said that I noticed how much better I fit in his arms. Cuddling has never felt better as he can easily wrap his arms around me.

Awww EVERYONE looks amazing! I like looking through inspiring posts like this when I'm feeling down. So happy for everyone and their hard work has definitely paid off. Amazing pics everyone thanks for sharing and for the inspiration.
  21. Yes. Lots of regrets but most of it is psychological. I found a bariatric therapist that I'll start seeing next week so I'm hoping to learn better coping mechanisms and a better insight on my weight loss blues. 7 months after surgery about 80 pounds lost and I should be ecstatic. My knees dont hurt anymore I can walk without my feet hurting and stairs are no longer a dreaded force of terror. I should mention that I have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder before surgery and I thought it was under control but faced with not being able to have comfort coping foods old symptoms flared up. Going to get over this Bump in the road though and once I do I'll probably have no regrets. Wish you all the best on your journey.
  22. These are so good. Only can eat about half then come back for the rest as snack later. Pair them with anything I'm in the mood for.
  23. Oh man. I'm so dreading taking down my braids for this reason. [emoji30]
  24. A little over 4 months out
  25. Oh yummy going to look for those tomorrow. I can have soft stuff in there. Thanks for sharing. Lettuce wraps havent been too kind to me.
  26. Had gastric sleeve 4 months ago in NYC but I live in queens. [emoji2328]
  27. Strangest thing in the world I just said f* it at a barbecue and took a bite of a rib. Just one. It stayed down was delicious. Hours later had another bite. I was like how that went down easier than an egg or any type of chicken I've tried? Everyone's body is so different. Mine is different from itself from day to day it seems.[emoji2376]
  28. I have a dime on the table next to me to.help me gauge my size or bites. I guess I need to wait longer in between bites with my baby utensils. Lol I heard using the tiny silverware would help it has somewhat. I am just so hungry I am pretty sure I'm not being patient enough. I'll do the vomit thing if I finish faster than 30 minutes. Patience was never a virtue I was endowed with. Man am I learning the hard way.
  29. Last appointment was a month ago. They said just give it time try smaller bites even go back to protien shakes for a day or two if I have to but I cant finish one of those either. Going to call back on monday to see if i can get an earlier appointment than next month. Everyone keeps telling me it gets better. yeah I look great lost about 80 pounds but feel horrible.
