  1. Thank you so much for your very comprehensive reply. I'm worried more about the changes to bowel habits. I've never really had problems with constipation. Honestly, to be blunt, I was concerned that the ejaculated might cause diarrhea. That would certainly ruin the mood. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
  2. And that call is hilarious!!! Thanks for sharing. Hahaha. So far so good in that department so far. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
  3. Thanks. We do it already on occasion. I just wanted to know if we will get to continue to enjoy it. And yes, he's very gentle with me. He wouldn't want to hurt me for anything. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
  4. I burned both of my hands very badly as a child and all my fingerprints have scars. When I had them taken when we were going through the adoption process, the girl who did them said it's very rare for fingerprints to scar, so I think that's my quirk. 8. Thank you. I went to a support group meeting last week and a post op lady there said everything down there is different and used the word volitile. She told us it would be wise to have extra clothes handy at work and such! I didn't want to ask this in a live meeting with 35 people but it did come to mind. I didn't know if someone would say "I never had trouble before, but oh gosh now yeah, definitely use an enema after surgery before anal! This one time...." I'd rather be prepared with the right information than have an uncomfortable sitaution to deal with. I searched this forum and Google before asking. All I found was someone who asked about anal with sleeve which I didn't think was the same since they don't have the rerouting like RNY. Oh, and some links to "brunette anal RNY" porn which I didn't check out. Lol. I did find one person asking my same question on another WLS forum, but she got one reply which was that anal sex is never ok. I expected to maybe be poked fun of for asking but I didn't expect snark. Thanks for taking me seriously. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App It hasn't for me in the past, but this is definitely what I was wondering about. Thanks for your reply. 10. Haha...I was in on that thread too... I was looking for something else when I stumbled upon this and didn't read the 100s of replies or realize it was 3 years old when I commented. Whoops. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
  11. First of all, I tried to post this in the Powder Room, but I got an error message. I'm not shy, so I really don't care who responds. I used search and didn't really find an answer. After RNY, I've heard there can be bowel issues. Would any of these issues cause problems for anal sex? I'm not worried so much about just the act, but I'm wondering if things there get volatile so that if he comes there, would it trigger an issue? This is not something we do regularly, but once in a while it's a nice way to spice things up. I'm hoping my new plumbing won't take that away.
  12. High in Protein really?Urban myth...You'd have to swallow a lot to get any substantial protein. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
  13. *to say anything else to... You can't call me stupid and have simple grammatical errors in the same sentence. She went back and edited it...I swear, I'm going to pee myself! 14. I'm going for revision. We met on the 26th to discuss (if that was a monday??) And we are shooting for the first week in December. I have to do nutrition consult and support group (did support group !) barium swallow (Monday) and EGD (Friday). After those tests, I should get a date unless they show no issues with my band which is. Erythromycin unlikely since I throw up 3-4 days a week. 19. @@tess170, thank you so much for stirring the pot. This has been the comedic relief I've needed after a shitty day. Oh, and those who stir the pot generally end up licking the spoon...just sayin' Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
  20. Thank you for sharing your experience this was very helpful to know others have faced similar issues! I hope to keep this friendship. But I don't know exactly how I'm going to do that yet. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Be as honest as you can, even if that means saying sorry. Tell her you are sorry that she found out that way but it's something you aren't ready to talk about yet aside from strangers. If she doesn't understand that, explain that it's like therapy. Tell her you treasure the friendship and you will talk about it when you are ready. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App

  25. I totally get being open with strangers and guarded with people close to you if it's something you want to talk about but also don't want public. Forums like this can be therapy. I shared something very private on a pregnancy forum. A former friend (because she obviously never was a real friend) actually snooped and searched that forum to read my posts and was angry that I shared something with strangers that I didn't share with her. She didn't understand why I wouldn't talk to her about it then judged me very harshly for it with her limited knowledge of the situation. To make a very long story shorter, our friendship of over a decade was basically over. We are still friendly as we work together, but the friendship is gone. I'm not sad....anymore. I'm not saying your friend was snooping. She totally could've stumbled upon it and is curious. I'm just saying that I completely understand that sharing some things with strangers can be much easier than sharing with friends. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
