CJ78 got a reaction from Dadof5 in Any December surgeryMy surgery date is December 28th.... My surgeon had me start the preop diet on December 5th. He put me on a 3 protein shake diet a day..... water between each shake... no other food. It was tough the first 3 days... but Im on day 5... and cant believe Ive gone that long with no "food" . My preop will be a little over 3 weeks whereas everyone else Im seeing only has a 2 week.
