  3. I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. Hopefully in time your body will heal and become our “new normal”! Good luck! ?
  4. Have you tried canned chicken? It’s moist and can be shredded easily. I mix it with Sugar free barbecue sauce.
  5. Have you tried non carbonated mineral water? That seems to work better for me.
  6. We can try to do the best we can!
  7. I’ve taken it. Will you get the chewable? If so, it is completely disgusting. It’s a berry sour....

  9. I had surgery 8/11 and when I drink water I get pain in my “gut” till it passes through. I love water, especially ice water. I’m a bit bummed but hopefully I will be able to drink it again soon. ?

  11. I’ve heard that the first period after surgery can be more painful and heavy. Like we don’t have enough to deal with?!?!
  12. I’m so glad to hear that you are doing well! Don’t be ashamed. Our bodies sometimes feel better than we thought and we thought we can speed up the process. We all just have to respect the process and know that along with the doctors, nutritionists and ourselves we will succeed! ?
  13. Thank you for the response! I know that everyone will have different amounts they can eat. I will progress slowly......
  14. I am in the “mushy” food stage and am unsure how much to eat. I have stuck to 2oz per meal. Are there others that have been eating more?
  15. Just get back on track! You can do this! It’s difficult but you and your health are worth it in the end!!!! ?

Did you try to take with apple sauce? I would call your surgeon and let them know. Your new stomach may or may not be able to tolerate them. Good luck!
  17. So glad to hear that you are doing great!
  18. Does any have experience with vitamin patches? Specifically the one for hair, nails and skin? I found this patch on the site site...

  21. Dumping syndrome can happen to anyone after having any type of bariatric surgery. Pasta, rice, and noodles and bread all have sugar in then so the suggestion is to eat minimally. They are carbs.
