Prayers to you.. you got this. Where are you located and when is your surgery?

Thank you.. I think I need whatever they gave you right now. I've never been one to like surgery or to be put to sleep. I am however thankful to have the procedure done.. I know these next 2 weeks will fly by and I'll be in recovery soon.

When is your surgery or have you already had it?

Lucky you... my preop diet isn't so bad. Low carb, lean meats and veggies. I hear some preop diets are straight liquid diets. I couldn't deal with that but I guess I would have to if it were a requirement

Hey adiebaby.. I'm with you. I an anxious/nervous/excited/scared.. so many emotions right now! Have you started your preop diet yet?

Congratulations. How are you feeling? Mine isn't until 6/24 but it seems like it's coming fast.

I am so so very sorry for you. I am pre gastric sleeve and this is the first time I've heard of someone losing too much weight so I'm at a loss as to what to do. Have you tried going to youtube.com and doing a search for cases such as yours. Have you tried adding more carbs and/or fats to your diet? Are you able to keep food down?

I am so sorry that you had to go through that. How horrific for you. I hope that someone talks to the staff there about how very important that is, you would think they would already know this.

Sounds like you're on the road to recovery. I'm glad your gas and pain have subsided. I keep hearing that walking is the best way to break up the gas to get rid of it faster. Be well!

Good luck sweetie.. Keep us updated please. I was originally scheduled for 3/25 got my little mind prepared for it and then boom, COVID. Was rescheduled for May 12th but couldn't get the time off from work so now I'm scheduled for 6/24. I'm nervous, scared and excited at the same time. Good luck and blessings to all of you..
