  2. Oh I started pre surgery at 232 and am now at 173. Goal weight is 145. Coming off slowly and I have also lost tons of hair.
  3. Hi everyone I had surgery on 2/28/2020. I’m down 56 pounds and have 28 more to go. I am doing well other than having some gurd issues. Haven’t really been too consistent about counting carbs or protein but doing my best to eat well. I still get a sweet tooth but will eat a popsicle or a Hershey kiss and I’m good. I do sometimes feel as if I’m swallowing air when I eat and get full extra fast. Overall I’m very happy with my progress, glad to hear from everyone.

  5. Great to see I’m in sync mostly with everyone else. I’ve lost about 50 pounds and still need 38 more. It’s coming off slow but I’m okay with it. I also am not wanting that saggy skin which I’m already having a bit. My hair loss is crazy but just thin, no balding yet. Does anyone have recommendations for hair loss. Why does this Evan happen.
  6. I eat pretty good, very small portions still and mostly walking and some 5 pound hand weights for exercising. I think I drink water pretty well but my water drinking could increase.

  9. I’m a Christian and had my sleeve done in February of 2020. I’ve lost 49 pounds and need to lose 38 more. Things are moving super slow. But still losing slowly.

  14. Hi Lisa from Massachusetts, My surgery was 2/28. I’m in the same boat as you. I’m weighing in at 195. Saggy arms and slowly losing. I have 50 more pounds to lose and it seems it will take forever.
  15. I’m 17 days out from sleeve on 02/28/2020, I can drink the protein drinks fine but only one. I always get diarrhea right after. However I’ve moved on to soft foods, I’m eating chicken breasts, salmon, cheese and drinking small amounts of juice. I feel fine as long as I eat slow but just wondering if this may have caused a stall. Scale hasn’t moved in 3 days.

  18. I believe these powders are not good either because my body is doing so well over all until I eat some of the stuff. Then my stomach is sick and I’m having diarrhea. What good is it to drink it if it’s going to come right out the other end. Sorry tmi. But there has to be a better way
  19. Wow I’m impressed with your diet. I’m 9 days out and still need to be on liquids another week. I cannot drink the protein drinks at all they sicken me. You seem to be doing great. I’d say keep working up to it and get your fluids. Sorry I’m not really helping but I’m so impressed by what your already doing

  22. Hi Lisafrommassachusetts, im 10 days out from my sleeve. I’m also feeling little pain already. Just really struggling with the protein. I cannot drink the drinks period. I made a spinach/carrot/leak soup in beef stock I’ve been living on. I’m walking but woke up yesterday with an intense pain in my eyeball. No idea what’s going on there. Going to have to go to the dr. I guess. Overall good just really struggling with the protein. Yes I too have to choke down my chewable vitamins. I’d rather just swallow a multivitamin like they gave me in the hospital. Looking forward to different meals

  24. I have lost 10 pounds in 8 days. I’ll take it, hope it keeps falling off quick, I’ve got 70 more to go.
  25. @MorganF, I was having the same problem but I had to quit the protein shakes and it stopped. I’m drinking a homemade strained soup and going to find other ways to get the protein in. I never could drink them even before surgery so I think all the artificial stuff makes me sick and causes disarray. Not sure if that’s your case but was mine.
  26. So after having severe fatigue, today I have all sorts of energy, walked around the block, vacuumed my house. I’m feeling a burst of energy. Did this happen to anyone else? I’m 8 days post op, sleeve.
