  19. Kim, I don't think very many complain here on our little Canadian section. I feel quite comfortable giving and receiving support. Please remember everyone is at different stages in there lives, and not everyone is, has or will be an activist, even though they agree with the cause. We as friends in this community only know a very small fraction of who each other really are. Many, many things factor in to weather a person will stand up and be heard. But I don't agree that wimps is the word to describe them. Not everyone has the ability, or wants the ability to address confrontation. Thats why we hire lawyers to represent us in court, or vote in councillors to represent us in political issues. That said, it dosent mean these people wont help in supportting the cause, but they themselves are not confortable initiating it. But I do agree with the voting, I think we should all take advantage of our right to vote in our wonderful country. Best of Luck with your surgery tommorow:) .
  20. LOL..I very seldom crave sweets, but I have been known to resort to dry crappy stale semi-sweet choc chips.
  21. Jude this is such a hard time for you. Your poor mother and poor you. Not to be mean but maybe a tiny getaway to Toronto will give you a bit of a break. I admire you for your stamina! Don't be to hard on yourself, you've got so many other things going on. One day at a time. I hope Marie and Dr. C. can help you out, you sure don't need any more worries. Take Care, And I wish you all the luck with your fill.

  25. Hi Buffie, ya, whats up with that, after excersizeing you always feel so good, and it feels great when you can see yourself improve.....So why is it so hard to do:confused: . Food feels good to, but I definately don't have a problem sticking to IT! LOL I don't recall hearing anyone not be able to eat sushi, I've never tried it, it just sounds gross to me. Probably the only food in the world I havent tried though.
