    Congrats I had my VSG on June 3 and I'm down 40lbs so far it feels great no taking any kind of medice by the days go by you would feel Much better, keep it up!!

    Good morning I just had my surgery done 4 days ago, how much walking should I be doing in a daily basics, and is it that hard just being in liquid diet for two weeks??
