    I have already lost 60 pounds before the weight-loss surgery, got stuck, and need to learn lose another 80 I guess. I am so ready for the challenge. I am having a hard time Feeling satisfied with my 500 cal. So I’m spreading the snacks out so that I have three meals and three snacks and I don’t have a lot of hunger I hope. Today is day one. Good luck everyone!
