  1. I have been having a similar issue, there’s a bump to the right side of my belly button and I think it might be a hernia. Scary. I don’t want more surgery.
  2. I have already lost 60 pounds before the weight-loss surgery, got stuck, and need to learn lose another 80 I guess. I am so ready for the challenge. I am having a hard time Feeling satisfied with my 500 cal. So I’m spreading the snacks out so that I have three meals and three snacks and I don’t have a lot of hunger I hope. Today is day one. Good luck everyone!
  3. I had my surgery April 26. I’m on week three, soft foods, but he’ll little bit hungry. Does anybody else?
  4. So I had surgery April 26, and I’m on week three, and I get soft foods. My doctor has me on only 500 cal for the first 3 to 6 months. Is that normal?
  5. Well I just left the doctors office, I’m feeling very emotional. I don’t feel like I know what I’m doing. They gave me handouts. But....I just feel like I don’t know what to do, how much to eat you can I have blended soups can I not.... When I drove down to the doctor I was very emotional singing some songs so I think my emotions are a little elevated today LOL
