Protein??
What happens if I get more protein then 80 in a day. For some reason I would have about 100 by the time I have dinner. Should I just not eat it so I don't go over??

Cigna- Requirements and Timeline
You should call the insurance directly. I called mine often to make sure I had everything right. It's easier to get through to the insurance if you call in the morning.

Return to Work after Surgery
My case was a little different. When I had my sleeve done I also had a hernia repair that took 6 weeks to heal. Been back at work for 2 weeks now. I was told usually someone can go back 2 weeks after the surgery.

Grocery help!!!!
I'm lost. Sick of protein drinks. I'm not sure what to eat or the amount of food to make. I was thinking about making some meals and freezing but don't know what to make. What to buy. My husband doesn't understand that I can't just go eat a donut to get my calories. So anyways that was a long way to ask for things you all get from the grocery store.

Knee pain after surgery..
I had back pain due to a surgery back in 2010. Since I have lost weight my back pain has gone away. With the extra weight off it's been easier to move also. I still have more weight to lose but if you go that route it will be a benefit for you.

SLEEVE regret
I'm only 2 months out but no regrets here. Sure I have had my days where I say to myself why did I do this. Then I remember I was on the road to diabetes, had high blood pressure, depressed, and in pain all the time. I'm still new to this so still working on the emotional part but everything else is gone. That is not to say this isn't hard, in fact this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

Oatmeal
My Doctor says it's okay to eat oatmeal if you like. But he also said things change and if my new stomach doesn't like it then don't. Just sucks because I like oatmeal.

So I came across a recipe and it's really good. I thought it wouldn't be but it was. 2 bananas mashed mixed with rolled oats. I added walnuts in it also. Baked for 10 minutes. Just in case you wanted something different.

Getting enough calories
So I started back working after 6 weeks off. I'm so glad I'm back at work, anyways I am not able to eat much still. My weight loss is at a stall because of it I think. Not sure if that is the cause of my hair coming out also. I'm going to the gym still. But I think I get about 600 to 800 max daily. Any suggestions?? Please help.
