  8. Hello I had the sleeve done last Friday the 15th. I am 20 years old and weighed at 352 before my 3 week pre op liquid diet. I am now 303 at 8 days post op. Sounds great but it seems like it didn’t even make a dent. How much protein should I be Intaking right now? I can barely finish my 11 oz-30g of protein shake through out the day. Tips or how to be able to take more or am I okay for now?
