Bean salad I made last night to marinate. I almost couldn’t hold out til lunch and had some for breakfast ?. Canned Salmon, spinach, cherry tomatoes

I use stevia. Anything else gives me horrible headaches but I’ve not noticed getting one after the yogurts. I had to cut out my liquid sf coffee creamer because it was giving me them. I’ll have to pay attention after the next yogurt. ??
