  8. I’m always a pound or so heavier in the evening than in the am. I would pick one time of day, preferably in the am before eating and drinking and after using the restroom . I may weigh at other times of the day but that’s the only one that in my mind REALLY counts. You are doing amazing btw!! ?
  9. My plan had puréed stage and a soft foods stage. A lot of things on this list I wasn’t able to have until the soft foods stage . Can you contact your surgeons office? Your nut should be able to at least email you a list of acceptable foods for your stage
  10. 15) treat yourself. I bought a home gym that should be delivered later today with the money I’ve saved not having to pay for the drugs I’ve been able to get off! Super excited ?️‍♀️?️‍♀️?️‍♀️?️‍♀️?️‍♀️?️‍♀️?️‍♀️

  12. Congratulations and best of luck with your surgery and recovery ??
  13. 14) Declutter. We moved last year after being in the same house for 34 years. We did a major purge and it was really hard. I had inherited all of grandparents things after the loss of my dad as well. Then we did ANOTHER purge once we finally got to unpacking everything and got rid of a lot more that we couldn’t part with in the original purge . Long story not so short is we’ve just kept up with it . So yay , I have a free day. Everyone enjoy your day no matter how you spend it ?
  14. Looks perfect to me ??.
  15. Exact same thing happened to me except mine was high bp. It was SO frustrating ! I hardly lost anything until I hit about week 5. I also worried because I didn’t have severe restriction after the first few days. I thought, well he left my pouch too big. He didn’t ? Hang in there. Give your body to heal. Work the program your team gave you and then just strap in and trust the process ??
  16. You go girl !!! ???
  17. Lose it. See above, sorry! But I DO love it. It’s so bright and colorful. It’s almost like playing a game app
  18. Ooooh!! What color?
  19. It’s quite alright! We all have “those” days! Have a great day ?
  20. *ears perk up*. Cauliflower bread??? Do you buy or make ? I’m so slow to learn some of this stuff
