  1. It took me one year from start to surgery. It is a very long process, but definitely worth the “weight”. I’m only 8 days out & I’ve already lost 17lbs. That is crazy insane to me!
  2. I’m only one week out & I’m feeling all if those things. I’m thinking it’s the iron too. My multivitamin has none so I think I’m gonna go buy an iron supplement. They’re very reasonably priced at Walmart. Hope things get better for u real soon. This is only temporary!
  3. I had my surgery on February 15 & I’ve already lost 17lbs. So far no issues with nausea or vomiting. So far so good. If I keep this up I’ll be in my swimsuit by summer!??
  4. Had my gastric sleeve surgery on 2/15 & the gas pain is worse than the pain from surgery! I feel sooooo bloated & uncomfortable.
  5. I had my last nutrition seminar yesterday & I’ll share something she shared with us that may help. YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY IS YOUR OWN & HOWEVER YOU WANT TO RIDE IT IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU! So u may have ppl that ask u questions but u answer however u want to. I feel like as long as u’re not being rude, do what u need to do to get thru.
  6. Not quite 50 yet but real close, 48. U’re never to old to get healthy!!!!
  7. It does seem daunting, but don’t get discouraged. Gotta say tho I’ve never heard of having to do a computer personality test. However, it is a lot but sooooo worth it. GOOD LUCK!
  8. Had my last meeting with nutrition group. Also had my last set of blood work done so I’m really close to my surgery date, just waiting for clearance from the insurance company!?
