  5. Hi Everyone. I’m about 11 months post op and feeling very sh*tty. Unfortunately I lost my job a few months ago and lost insurance so I haven’t been able to get my labs done. I never took Iron to begin with, I was told originally I didn’t need it. I now am wondering if how I’m feeling is an iron deficiency? My hands and feet are very cold, almost numb, more often then not. I’m very weak, no energy, not a lot of strength and confused at times, like can’t concentrate...sometime I feel shortness of breath but I thought it was just anxiety about the other symptoms, it’s just an overall feeling of not feeling well. Has anyone experienced this? These symptoms? Any advice would help! Thanks so much!

  8. Crying is totally normal. I cried everyday for the first week after surgery and had regrets but now 9 weeks out and no regrets and no longer crying lol
  9. Hey All, I am 9 weeks post-op today and down about 45 pounds. I’m feeling great, more energy, more confidence and perfect Bloodwork already. My only problem is acid reflux. Since week one, Ive had gurgling and throat noises every time I eat, my doctor said it was reflux and put me on Nexium. I think now it’s getting worse, I gurgle and feel the reflux even when I’m drinking water. I do drink coffee in the morning and wondering if that could be making it worse. Anyone else have this experience? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
