Am I a sleeve failure?
Be patient with your body it has just went through major surgery and needs time, intermittently, to take a break and do some healing in between the times of weight loss. Stalls suck but stay on your program and the scale will start moving again. Also think of this, when you dieted on your own and quit, that was ultimately a stall right?

Cold feet
You will find it much easier to stay on plan after your surgery so don't beat yourself up too much about it. Help is on the way! But after your surgery consider fear of failure your best friend not an enemy. Embrace that fear and never let go of it.

Diarrhea and work
That's a good point it might be to soon. Hopefully it'll get better by the time you go back to work. Good luck!

Diarrhea and work
That sucks! The only other thing I can think of is to try intermittent fasting and not eat while you're at work and just get your water in until your system gets back to normal.

weak
Yes it's totally normal and it will get better. I couldn't even hold my arms up to wash my hair without taking breaks. It got better with the eventual increase in protein intake.

Diarrhea and work
Turn on the faucet, the electric hand dryer, if there is one, and flush over and over to drown out the noise.

My path with my sleeve
Sorry you're going through this. If you can get something for the nausea it will really help with staying hydrated. Hopefully once you start feeling better you'll have a different outlook on your decision. To most of us, after all the immediate post op ailments are gone, we realize it's been the best decision we've ever made. Good luck

Do you know your bougie size?
I just got back from my follow up and my Dr. said they used a 34 but they don't staple extremely close to the bougie.

Full liquids too soon?
Oh ok then I would take @Orchids&Dragons advice about going back to liquids or try a plant based protein.

Full liquids too soon?
Are you drinking drinking too much too fast? I'm almost 4 months out and it still takes me about 45min to an hour to drink a protein shake. They're very filling especially to a new stomach.

Shift Work
I used to work 1st Watch and I agree with @MzTrip I used to workout immediately after my shift because I knew once I went to sleep I'd make up some excuse not to do it when I woke up.

Holy pistachios Batman!!!
OMG I love pistachios ?. I was allowed 1-2 Tbsp of almonds, peanuts or cashews on week 5. My plan doesn't mention pistachios. Just be careful because they have a lot of calories.

Weight loss during nutrition counseling?
I went up and down throughout the six months and ended up losing a paltry 1/2 lb. I was one who had a lot of food funerals because that's how I always did it before all of my big Monday diets I started in my past. It was my final farewell to all of my favorite foods. I don't recommend it though because it kept me from getting to my goal sooner. I'm always impressed with the ones who, even though they knew help was coming, didn't give in to the food funerals and actually lost quite a bit of weight pre op.
