Everything makes me queasy!
I just posted about this, I’m in the same boat but it’s meat that makes me sick, the thought of having to eat it makes me want to vomit but, I know it’s a necessity for protein.

Hate meats
Since I’ve had gastric bypass I hate meat, I hate the look of it the smell of it. I try to eat it for the protein because I’m not able to stomach protein shakes anyone. Has anyone else gone through this?
