Thank you so much! The black one I got at Walmart actually. I bought it last year and had it in a bag to return at some point bc my stomach looked awful once I got home and tried it on (bc of COVId you can’t use dressing rooms)but they wouldn’t let me return it due to COVId. So since I ended up w a TT I can keep it now. Top is a little small now w the girls being bigger.

Lol they say once you open the door.... Already told my husband maybe in ten years I’ll do this or that...? I’m sure he is like omg ????

Ok this shows I’m apparently tired. Keep typing incorrectly. ? Let’s try this for a third time. I’m saying it’s weird all the surgery sites don’t hurt. It’s other parts on my body that hurt. Geez. Lol

oh and have I mentioned the scale. I don’t like the numbers. Combination of not working out being sedentary and swelling ?

Tried to sleep in my bed. Didn’t last but an hour. Belly felt kinda painful laying on side. I can’t take much more of the recliner though. Shoulder pain that is unreal. Think I have knots in shoulder that are creating a domino effect. When my husband massages the shoulder it feels better. Just from laying on side in my bed my shoulder felt so much better even after one hour. Woke up this morning after sleeping in recliner @330 am w the shoulder hurting. I’ll try the bed again tonight. Funny non of surgical sites really hurt. Just effects of walking hunched over and sleeping in a chair have done a number on my body. Lol temporary pain for long term results.

So I got my drains removed! That was a gross feeling for sure but—-FREEDOM!!!!!!! Going to try and sleep in my bed tonight!! So excited! Surgeon said everything looks perfect!! Still swollen but all that is normal. Tomorrow I’ll try on a swimsuit and post the pic

I do poop after my coffee so it’s unlikely that I could or would want to wait 8 hours until I’m back home. So I’d have to roll it down each time bc like you No way I’m pooping through a slit. But what I do know is I’ll be wearing some type of support long term to help. They said at least six weeks so I def plan on at least that. Thanks ms.sss. You’re always so helpful??

Guess what I mean to ask where those things challenging or was it better than I think pulling them up and down. I’d much much rather have a faja. Hate this binder.

@ms.sss I think a faja would be awesome but how do you poop in them? Like if I wear it to work pulling that thing up and down will be hard. I was going to stick w my binder for longer bc I thought it would be too hard to pull up and down each time I go to the rr. Whether to pee or poo. I know there is a pee hole slit but I’ve had a garmet w that before and it can be wet after. Don’t like that feeling.

Today is the day!!! Drains come out today!! Can’t wait. Feel like they were becoming like a little leash on me. Couldn’t move freely. I’m very excited. (Not for the 3 1/2-4 hour drive). Since I live so far away this will be my first appt since the day after surgery. All and all recovering without any complications which is all I could ask for. I go back to work next Monday. Which will be nice to get out and do more. Hoping I’m standing up straight by then. I’m already up straighter than last week. Not sure at this point do they take “after pics” or is that later on? Wonder if I can request copies of before and after pics

Hey everyone! I am 10 days out from surgery and doing great!! Boobs still swollen and sore but not Tylenol worthy. Just a little uncomfortable. Tummy doesn’t hurt at all unless I turn or move it a way that kinda stretches-I’m careful not to but sometimes when getting up it’s hard not to. Drains come out Monday!! So happy. They are kinda annoying hanging from my lanyard around my neck. So that’s the update! DOING GREAT!! Once I heal up a tad more I’ll do some bathing suit pics. Need these drains out for starters. Lol
