ive been dreaming od chili fries..n then i just rememeber im a fat ass lol

the protein soups bars n juices.. doctor purchased 100 a week for two weeks

it is now day 8 ...i can honestky say my stomach hurts less n growls less.. im tired of protein stuff tho ugh ... but almost there 10lbs down oct4 it is♡

my doctor gave me only two weeks amd im a nurse..

my date is oct 4 on preop diet now..starving but down 8lbs. cant wait im 32, 38bmi with high cholesterol pre htn

day 5 of 14 i have lost 7 pounds.. still hungry n stomach hurts at times.. today i had ehh whites. there carb free almost i was hungry.

my daughter n husband support me.. but the hunger pains hurt.. the headaches rhat i get are so bad.. i work night shift so cant sleep off the pain.. cant wait ro b off so i can have normal routine for a couple days.. the protein isnt very filling does the job for a couple hours thats it..cant wait for sx
