Hello everyone, I completed my 6 months started my liquid diet, I will be on it for 28 days, not sure how I'm going to get through this. The waiting game is hard approved or not approve. On the bright side I loss 22lbs in 4 days! It's all water weight. I'm starting to feel weak I'm taking my vitamins. I'm so hungry Im getting 2-3 shakes a day sugar free jello etc and a gallon of liquids. Have or anyone doing liquids for 3 weeks or more?
