  3. Adding foods back in my life is good but I'm trying not to get that excited about eating. That's what got me into the way I was before. So I'm just slowing my excitement and not and just taking it one day at a time.
  4. Ok get that out of your mind "NO FOOD" sure it's hard the first couple of days. But when you get the right stuff to satisfy you it gets easy, Get your perimeir protein drink or protein powder w/whey, jello, chicken bullion cubes, sugar-free Popsicle, gator aid, Have something every hour. You'll fly thought it. As for your husband, I had to cook for my but what I did was made a pot of something (spaghetti, chicken noodle etc.) got some containers put serving in them and when time came to eat he takes one out pop it the microwave. He understand and won't eat around me. Stay prayerful
  5. It probably do sucks when you don't have someone there to help. But if I may make a suggestion, I do this when I'm low, Prayer and just talk to God, speak out all your frustration and read your bible start in Psalm 100.
