About Me

I am a 3 year cancer survivor.  I was down to 168 but only because of severe anxiety, I wasn't eating and was in bed and didn't want to be around others.  Once I was feeling better I began to eat and gained all my weight back plus more.  I have thought about bariatric surgery for a very long time (about 16 years) and have decided to take the plunge and go for it.  I am excited for the new chapter of my life to begin.  My husband and family are 100% behind me and that make me feel good.  I am doing this for myself but also for my husband because I want to be able to go places with him and walk, walk, walk.  My pup will be glad also because this will mean that I can walk her.

Thank you for allowing me to join.  I haven't posted much but I am reading the post from others and have been encouraged by their posts.DSCN0456.thumb.JPG.d8725c6940db43d068f477070a93de75.JPG
