I had my sleeve on 21 June and water was an issue. Try cold water it goes easily compared to normal temp. Pain and pressure....boil cummin seed in water and have it warm.....hope it helps.

Just to update u all. I slept kn my sides yesterday and today almost no numbness.

I had my surgery on 21 June and can tell u that pain would subside by 3 or 4th day. Pls make sure u walk as much as u can. It really helps in lifting mood. Best of luck...

I think i was mentally better prepared. It is not that bad. The key is keep ur self hydrated, walk walk and walk. Pain will be there but that is what we are opting for. Its only 5 days for me but i am super excited about future. Best of luck and always remember this something we want Desparately.

Clear fluid draining from incisioms is quite normal. However if the fluid changes colour or has odour then please go to ER. By the way, no harm in talking to Doc.

Thanks guys. Called up clinic and they say may be due nerve compression as I was sleeping lying down all the time. Advised me to sleep on sides and walk.

Had my sleeve surgery on 21 June 2018. Since yesterday i am feeling numbness in the lower left side of my left thigh. There is no pain ir swelling only sensation and slight numbness. I am walking avg. 7km a day andl Doc has given me blood thinner for a week still 3 days to go. Appreciate help.

Guys i did my sleeve surgery yesterday and having constant pain in my food pipe. Taking medicine is really pain. Doc tlld me not to crush but make pieces even though it is very painful. Any help is much appreciated..
