Hello family!! Today makes one week post op!!! And 14 pounds down. Very excited but today is the first day i want to eat sumthin. Tired of the protein drinks popcicles water i need Meat! Lol back to the surgery last Friday it was at 1130 am left hospital at 530 pm. Not a lot of gas but some and really sore in the stomach like i did 500 set ups. It was hard getting the little sips of water down. But everyday it's gets better and better

Hello Surgery Buddies. I should have my surgery the 2nd or 3rd week of July. I had my first nutrtion appt. Last week. Per my insurance i have to do 3 in all . But I'm so very nervous and time is going. So like a ?.. ?. How are you doing?
