  2. I needed this page, I’m at ten months and I’m losing my mojo and have put on a few pounds when I still have plenty more to lose. Menopause is kicking my ass though. It’s like I’m in constant pms with the nutty cravings.
  3. Sitting propped up helps or sleeping in a recliner helped me a lot.

  6. What really helps me is sugar free candy, like chocolates. Just like three pieces and I’ll have diarrhea for hours. It’s not something I’d suggest very often but when you haven’t been able to go, it’s great. It only takes about an hour or two after I eat it. Wishing for you all to have some nice movements! Lol. ??
  7. Also, out of curiosity, how much and what kind of exercise during your fasting?
  8. Yay, FluffyChix!! That is great! I’m in a stall, I need to try it. The pictures are great, you look amazing!!
  9. I had my procedure in a surgery center in the morning and was out by 4:00 pm the same day. I felt great. They said that I could stay overnight if I needed to. I had no problems.

  11. I had mine in a surgery center. They started me on pain meds and anti nausea meds before my surgery. I had no problems waking up. Just a horribly dry mouth. Make sure you take dry mouth spray with you, it really helps. I really didn’t have much pain. My surgery was at 8:00 am and I was out, the same day by 4::00 pm. The surgery center where I had the procedure was amazing, can’t say enough great things about them! Good luck to you! It feels like I had mine just yesterday, time flies!

  18. Mine has just started, I am at about 9 weeks out. I lose so much in the shower, that I dread it because it’s making my showers so much longer. It’s so hard to get all the hair rinsed off, then I have to clean the drain right away. I have a lot of thick hair though.
  19. Your food looks amazing FluffyChix !!
  20. Green Tealeal, what did you mean by erasing the amount of ghrelin that has returned? Is that really something we can do? I’m about 2 months post op and when I had my period a few weeks ago, it brought on the cravings like I used to get and since then my hunger is way stronger and I crave junk food again. I don’t know how to stop it and I dread my next period. Do you have any pointers??
  21. I’ve been eating really soft broccoli and cauliflower since about 3 weeks post op. I’m about 2 months post op now and eating them uncooked too. Have had no problems. My NUT says it’s ok.
  22. That omelette looks amazing! So does that bacon/chicken breast! I need to start cooking more. I live on chicken salad and it’s getting boring.
  23. In my mind I’m picturing a Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman scene, where she tells the nasty lady in the store, “big mistake”. Lol, my mind just goes there. Seriously though, I’m really pissed off on your behalf, definitely file a report. Just know that you are an amazing warrior, fighting cancer and losing all that weight!! We all have your back!
  24. I started stalling, so I started to try fasting. It’s amazing how quick I started losing again.
