  1. I can't do any yogurt or egg. I'll try Fairlife tho. I can do about 3 sips of a protein drink. At night is the only time I'm not nauseous so I eat around 8p.
  2. I'm going on 5 weeks post-op and can't eat many solids without getting sick. I wake up nauseous and stay that way until around 8pm. I can stand soups, V8, pickles, zero powerade and skim milk. Everything else makes me sick. I crave food but get it and get sick. I'm scared I'm not getting protein and vitamins that I need. Help!?
  3. V8 was my best friend from day 1! Try it. Get it in a big bottle that way you aren't wasting. Also applesauce I started early to help the hunger.
  4. So I was told not to use a straw when drinking. Is that true? For how long? Why?
  5. I had the gastric bypass 4/20 and I've lost 30 lbs but nothing looks or fits differently. What's going on?
  6. Same exact thing happened to me! Excruciating pain! I dealt with it thinking it was just gas too. Note: if you are clawing at furniture in plain, go to the ER. BUT now I'm home day 3 from the abscess and I have a pulling on my lower RIGHT side when I move that area.....? Any suggestions?
  7. We just got creative until my 6 weeks is up post-op.
  8. What's the brand of iron patch that you get?
