  1. I’m 5’2 and started at 199 with a 37 BMI. I was sleeved 6/6/18 and I am now 169. So I’ve lost 30 total in 5 weeks. My goal is 140.

  5. With the sleeve are we allowed to take ibuprofen during our cycle times? I only cramp on day one and I need something!!
  6. I was sleeved on 6/6 and have lost 25 as well. Haven’t had a stall.
  7. No one in my family knows except my husband. I’m a whole month post op now lol
  8. Sleeve is based on BMI. I had a 37 BMI at 199 lbs, which is obese for a person who is 5’2. My surgery weight was 192.4. If you are above a 35 then it is normal. The surgery adjust to the body. It helps remove 50-70 % of your excess weight. I know I got asked why I was doing it a lot but it was necessary in my eyes.

  12. I didn’t chicken noodle for the broth like 2 times I mainly did water and Gatorade. Barely any protein because I could get it down!! I survived barely lol
  13. I actually didn’t have the purée phase which makes this transition huge! But I’m excited to get all this great stuff from you!

  15. First week was decent because I literally didn’t want or desire anything. The gas trapped made it undesirable you know but once I started walking it was easier

  17. I’m finally on soft foods for all three meals! I’m so excited. Any recipes and advice are more than welcome!!

  19. Maybe once I can tolerate meat without gas I’ll be more excited lol
  20. Everything I eat meat wise gives me gas. But only temporarily
  21. I believe eggs/scrambled eggs, and airfried seabass were the first two things I ate. I tried ground beef too and it wasn't a good idea, but around the 10 to 12 week mark it improved Eggs aren’t so bad but meat is a killer!!!
  22. Has anyone had to switch to a vegetarian lifestyle after getting their wls?
