  6. For like maybe four day.....so I didn't weight myself for a week.....gotta not weight yourself constantly.... everything is right on schedule....just don't weight yourself a lot....once a week....
  7. 20lbs.... But I was in a three week pre op diet....
  8. I had to take post op horse pills for 10....three pills four times a day....but considering I've had my stomach sliced and removed....if that's the worst thing that happened, then I was fine with it...
  9. 356 now.....lol..... Good effort tho....hit harder next time...
  10. I'm fine dear....feel free to continue though....I'm bored today and I have time. If this is defined as a put down... then you might want to live a little more....but I'm here for this...so continue...
  11. I am an a*****e by nature, but if one is that sensitive and in need of group think approval...they have other issues that no surgery can solve. This is the real world...it's hard...it's not fair...can't be sheltered forever...
  12. What should be posted is a decent plate of food that someone who's struggling can look forward....not this stuff.....visuals go a long way....this set someone back...I guarantee it....
  13. That picture is unnecessary....not the most appealing item to show....tougher skin....you'll be fine....

  16. I went from band removal to sleeve...I'm two weeks post op. Not a lot of experience thus far to tell you about, but I'm happy...and feel better without the band in me. Ate a few bites of sauteed cabbage today and felt full and not "deer in the headlights"....So I think you'll be happy...
  17. 4 days post op for me.... But keep in mind the more pain meds you took.... The better chance you'll be a little backed up....I barely took any and got my liquids down pretty good early....so it came on out....
  18. You're good....everyone's an expert...do what works until you can regulate it freely. Have to be hydrated....that's not an option....
  19. I skipped mine today....lol.... Peach cobbler and banana pudding would have destroyed me....
  20. I drink G2 and Regular Gatorade.....down 33 since pre-op three week diet and I'm a almost two weeks post op. Had my check up and my doctor's was like " good....this works for you so you're fine"....
