  10. Hi, I'm in south Dallas hoping to get my surgery date within a few weeks. Want to incorporate exercise in my daily lifestyle anyone in the area going to the gym regularly?
  11. Learned something new. I didn't know the sleeve can creat reflux nor the bypass could reduce or eliminate it. I feel the same way about the bypass I want to maximize my weight loss. Thanks for sharing!

  14. Yup, it's covered. I should qualify under the Multi-disciplinary prgram and only need 90 days, nitrition and pscyh eval and not gain weight before I can get approval. Just wondering if anyone else had Aetna and had any issues.
  15. No surgery date yet. Just wondering if I should be taking Actigal or a certain vitamin now while I'm finishing up my appointments and getting approved.

  18. I have the same issue with sweet cravings and acid reflux. My doctor recommends the bypass. Is bypass called "RNY"? Still learning the lingo. Lol
  19. I hear he has great books on gastic sleeve and the mentality to help you loose weight.

  22. Read someone say they had issues with kidney stones. How do I avoid this?
