Weight Loss Scale
I weigh myself just about everyday, but my official weigh in isn’t until Fridays. I don’t find it to be obsessive. I can watch the fluctuations throughout the week. Depends on the person I suppose

WHAT made you choose YOUR SURGEON?
My doc referred me to a program that had two possible choices for surgeons. I was assigned one of them. I literally met the guy once before surgery ??♀️ what he did is such a small part of my entire journey, I wasn’t concerned

Friend
I’m almost 9 months out from surgery. The best piece of advice I can give you (being on this app) is follow your own plan given to you by your team. You are going to find so many discrepancies between meal plans, pre op diets, post op transitions (when to introduce new foods) just follow your plan

Buying clothe
Find a good local place to donate your clothes to. Some people have a hard time getting rid of old items and this will ensure that you’ll have that “feel good” feeling when you say goodbye to your old clothes. I donate them to the school I work for because I know they go directly to students that need them. They aren’t resold somewhere. As for restocking, try goodwill or old navy for “transition” clothes.
