WOW! So encouraging! I am being very honest in saying that you look great in BOTH photos, seriously. I personally think a woman with curves is niceeeeeeeeeee ? But I also can appreciate that for health reasons being lighter and slimmer especially around the tummy is also very important. 92 lbs is fantastic, a real acheivement

Wow you look amazing! That's an incredible weight loss. I hope I will be able to earn my trip that I tell myself I get after loosing 100lbs. Although I don't think I'll look as good in a swimsuit?

I am 8 months post op VSG and have lost 85 pounds! My surgeon is surprised I hit the goal so quickly and can’t predict whether or not I’ll keep losing or stay here. Any tips on how to maintain and not continue to lose????

Woweeeeee! You look fab! (maybe add on some calories in the form of cheese, nuts, full cream milk, full cream yoghurt etc)

Your surgeon or NUT should be able to tell you how many calories you need to eat for maintenance. It's based on your age, height, current weight, gender, and activity level. You can find calorie calculators online to get you in the ball park.
