I personally think a woman with curves is niceeeeeeeeeee ? But I also can appreciate that for health reasons being lighter and slimmer especially around the tummy is also very important. 92 lbs is fantastic, a real acheivement

It's based on your age, height, current weight, gender, and activity level. You can find calorie calculators online to get you in the ball park.
