  1. I am 10 months post op and took a vacation to celebrate my weight loss (92 pounds total) for the first time EVER I felt comfortable in a bathing suit and it felt amazing! Keep up all the hard work guys because the end result is so worth it physically and moreso mentally!!

  3. I am 8 months post op VSG and have lost 85 pounds! My surgeon is surprised I hit the goal so quickly and can’t predict whether or not I’ll keep losing or stay here. Any tips on how to maintain and not continue to lose????
  4. Yeah I heard the same & actually asked my surgeon. Off the record of course they said it was fine to use
  5. I got a traditional waist trainer and I wear it 6-8 hours a day 5 days a week (wear it to work only)
  6. I am officially 5 months post op and have lost 70 pounds! [emoji33][emoji33] I’ve been waist training since I was 3 months out & think that’s really helping my shape! Can’t believe I hit my goal weight of 165 this quick!
  7. Yeah I know they keep telling me to take them- it isn’t a matter of money moreso routine I just can’t remember to take them??‍♀️??‍♀️ I’ll have a solid 3 days then I’m forgetting again
  8. I had surgery 4/9/18 have lost over 60lbs since surgery so I guess I’m doing okay. I STILL HAVE NOT STARTED TAKING ANY VITAMINS ??‍♀️ I have zero energy & I’m sure that’s why [emoji30]
