Food funerals! I’m dying ? this is exactly what I’ve been doing. I’m up five pounds and start my liquids on the 30th for a May 14 surgery. I’m ready though! Ready to be healthy and not in pain all the time!

I’m with you about coffee and wine! Makes me feel like an alcoholic that it’s so hard for me to give up. Don’t have more than two glasses ever, but I used to have one a night after the boys went to bed. So it comes down to be fat and keep getting fatter or give up wine....I choose give up wine.

Might as well have your period close to surgery as the pain meds will mask period discomfort.

I’m almost the same as you, don’t have a mom but told my oldest daughter she’s supportive and excited for me, hubby is not happy though. But this is my body and I need this.

I meet with my surgeon on 3/27 and I think he is going to give me a surgery date then. So I might be an April Sleever!

At Christmas I had reached 41.6 BMI but right now I’m 37.8. I have been stuck at this for 3weeks, when I start their diet I hope it will drop further.

Congrats! I’m new on this site, my last nutrition class is on Monday. So I will get a surgery date soon!
