  1. I feel amazing. The surgery was the best decision I ever made. The only problem I had was a little gas, but walking and sleeping upright cured it. I no longer have knee pains, I have more energy and the funniest thing is my friend calls me a "cheap date" because when we go out to eat, I can only eat two or three bites and I'm full. I don't miss the junk I used to eat and can't wait to get to my goal weight!
  2. I just don't want to throw it away if someone could use it. If no one here responds, I'll take it to my support group meeting and see if anyone could use it. It's over $50 worth of products. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 258 SW: 238 CW: 221 GW: 165
  3. One person responded but when I asked for the address, no response. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 258 SW: 238 CW: 221 GW: 165

  7. I had my sleeve in April and purchased some things that I no longer have a taste for. Some of the items are Protein shots, Liquid Protein, an extra large bottle of Biotene, etc. I want to pay it forward and send it to whomever needs it. Send me a message if you could use it. 10. Sounds normal to me...it could be that you're going through withdrawals from certain foods, sugar, etc. Make sure you stay hydrated. Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. Ok...you messed up. Now get back on track. You don't want to have complications because you didn't do your part. It's all mental... you can do it. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  14. Congratulations Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165

  16. Learning to sip and not drink 30 minutes before and after meals have been my challenges. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  17. All of us will be here for you! Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  18. Everyone loses at a different pace. Are you noticing your clothes don't fit? I'm close to six weeks post op and have lost about 19 pounds but the majority of my clothes are too big. I feel better and my energy levels have increased. Don't focus too much on the scale. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  19. Pick up some one ounce or three ounce disposable cups. It'll help you get your liquids in post op. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  20. It's okay to vent. You will be able to eat some of your favorite foods... just a smaller portion. Most of us have experienced emotions after surgery so that's normal. Just try to focus on how much better you'll feel in three months! Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  21. Comfy shoes, Biotene and chapstick! Good luck Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  22. Yes, you can always vent here. Sleeved on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 220 GW: 165
  23. You just hit a bump in the road. Pick yourself up, dust off and get back on track. You're doing great by making the first step to have surgery. We have all battled the dreaded food addiction, but you can and will overcome it. When you get to the two week pre-op diet, that's when you will need to draw all your mental strength to get through it... that's harder than recovering from surgery. Don't beat yourself up. Start over. Sleeves on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 222 GW: 165
  24. Please post the recipe Sleeves on April 25, 2018 HW: 256 SW: 238 CW: 222 GW: 165
