Any MAY sleevers???
I'm having a stand still as well. Only lost 55 pounds and I'm constantly fluctuating 5 lbs. New surgeon is giving me 2 months and if no changes wants to talk about a new procedure that i don't want. Hormones are terrible, medications aren't making the weightloss any easier. I hope things get better soon for you.

Depression and anxiety
Oh no thats not good. I am on zoloft and a few other pills and my surgeon told me to continue to take them and I don't crush them. I stopped taking them for the few days on the hospital but I started back taking them about 3 days post op.

Longest stall ever
I had surgery on May 10th and I only lost 14 pounds since surgery, and my weight has fluctuate between 13-14 pounds loss. I've been on solids since a week post op and I've been eating mainly veggies, meat, and protein supplement. Also my water intake is about 64oz. I've been going to the gym and have a trainer who designed me a workout plan based on my vsg procedure. Has anyone else been having trouble with the weight loss? Any advise will help. Thank you. Has anyone tried puréed earlier than two weeks?
I was sleeved May 10th. I was only on pureed for 3 days and after that a regular diet. I slowly started eating meats and now I'm in the testing stage on weather my stomach likes certain meats. My surgeon had me on 2 days liquids, 3 days soft/pureed foods and after those 5 days after surgery he put me on a regular diet.

Looking for a May 10th surgery buddy
My doctor only had me on liquids for 48 hours agter surgery and for three days on soft foods and a regular diet starting soon. Idk why he is making this go so fast. I was sick wheb I tried solid foods for a day. I'm barely eating 200 calories and he wants me to have no more than 1200 calories and I'm not reaching my water goals either. Anyone else have to going through this?

Pain when coughing or moving
I had my surgery May 10th but wasn't released until may 12th at night because I couldn't urinate on my own and my pain was terrible. I'm finally home but now if I cough or move a certain way I'm in pain. How long did this last for those who had the surgery? Btw I had 6 incisions.

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm in pain but its not gas pain. Only sucking on lil ice chips. Nausea meds are helping. I have 6 incisions . too much pain to walk. Hopefully tomorrow is better for us all. Goodnight[emoji173]

Unsupportive mother
Hi hun, I was just in your situation. I prayed and now my mom is supporting my decision even though she doesn't like the idea. My prayer to Jah was answered. The thing about our mothers they are scared for their children. Try to explain to her your point of view. I didn't want to go do the surgery while my mom wasn't on board because what if something happens and I didn't get to say by or weren't on good terms with her? And thats what I told her and she turned a new leaf today and I'm so thankful. Keep trying she will understand one day. Keep your head up[emoji173]

Almost quit on Day 1 of my pre-op liquid diet
Its going well. I'm glad your doing better. The crazy thing is I have to remind myself to eat because all the water I drink keeps me full and no more head hunger to remind me to eat. Everyone keep up the good work.!!

Almost quit on Day 1 of my pre-op liquid diet
Don't give up hun. I'm on day 3 of a 10 day pre liquid diet (Surgery May 10th) and I understand its hard but we have gotten so close to give up now. I wish i could have veggies but I'm on all liquids so sf jello and sf popsicles are my bestfriends right now. Keep up the good work you can do it! I've been watching the fat doctor on youtube when I have free time so I won't think about food. Just try to stay busy and hydrated.[emoji4] [emoji173]

C-PAP machine??
Oh my. I'm sorry to hear that. I don't see how someone can get use to being suffocated at night every night. I have the mask on so tight that the air still comes out and I end up still having a headache, so I'm just over it. I stop between 40 to 50 times in an hour. So my pressure is a 14.

C-PAP machine??

They gave me a small mask then a big mask and both are terrible. I wake up every morning with red eyes because of the air blowing out the sides. They won't change it for me any more [emoji20] . I'll have to talk to tgem about the auto cpap sounds more doable. Thanks hun [emoji1]
