  1. Glad you are home but Whoaaa on 12 hrs to control nausea. I know some nausea meds dont work for me. I have my surgery August 14th. I hear taking the meds get easier fairly quick. Keep us informed of your healing journey.
  2. I am also August on the 14th. It needs to get here soon. So ready to get this part done. Known my surgery date for a while. I have no pre op diet just nothing after midnight the nigjt before. Come on Surgery date. I do have a preop appt on the 10th. Will not know surgery time until the afternoon before either. Anyone on the 14th?
  3. If your following the plan given to you than how could you not do it right. Follow it and dont over think it. Everyones plan is different.
  4. Call and ask your surgery team if your worried. My guess you will find out when you finish diet in Sept as long as all requirements are finished . Welcome, we have similar stats with height and BMI. I have comorbidities too and they found more as we went a long, lol. I have 20 more days until my surgery. I started the process mid Feb and finished in June. I am almost there. Good luck

  7. That's my survey date too ? Not long after writing this they called and rescheduled my surgery date to Aug. 14th. A real bummer
  8. Well its the 18th and I would of called someone or went to the office long ago. AND what is she going to tell on.... that you smoked 2 yrs ago.. confused
  9. Sorry, I know it's quiet a blow to be moved back. Happened to me. I was scheduled for July 23rd and moved back 3 weeks until August 14th. We must push on though. Good luck

  12. You need to contact someone. I dont understand why they release someone and your pain is not under control. Are you able to drink?

  17. So glad your doing well. Can you get some meds for nausea. And ask for a different kind if those dont work. Kinda strange that the other part of the surgery team didnt know about not taking a pill before your stomach is worked on. I bet they know now. Keep us updated.... I still a month out from the sleeve
  18. Congratulations, Its a thrill to finally have a date of surgery. I started the process in mid Feb and will be sleeved on Aug 14th. I still have to do Admissions at the hospital and a preop appt but not to closer to date.
  19. Yay because i need all the support. I am a military wife, older one. Bought a house here but have not made friends. So this would be great.
