  6. I had horrible gas pains after surgery the medicine my dr subscribed for spasms helped me out, but also just passing gas mar me feel better...[emoji15]
  7. I never stopped drinking regular coffee, the only thing that has changed it that I can only have one cup in the morning and i usually only drink half of that.
  8. I was a good 8 weeks before I could do crunches, now I am 10 weeks out and doing some hardcore workouts with a gym...I tried to do crunches at 6/7 weeks but was still getting pain in a few of the incisions. Pay attention to your body!
  9. I use pamprin during my periods...I am 2 1/2 months post op
  10. I am 2 1/2 mo the post op and just wanted to give you all a fair warning that what you find satisfying with you shakes now will more than like change after surgery, I loved the powder muscle milk with almond milk but post op I can’t handle it. So I only get the premier protein. My surgeon wants me to have 60 grams of protein a day from shakes.
