I have stalled a few times myself it is normal for sure can last a week or a month but don't worry it will get start going down again soon. I noticed if I don't get enough protein in daily I will start to stall also so protein i think is important... hang in there it's part of the process.. and even when your not loosing weight on the scale your body is getting smaller in inches .... 6. I had surgery one day after you and I was 227 at surgery two weeks i went down to 208 been stuck at 208 for weeks ... scales not moving anymore... what do you mean you were resleeved also was curious how or why you had sleeve surgery twice.. from what i read it's normal to stall and in my mind I think we'll I know I'm not eating enough calories to stay at 208 so the scale is gonna have to start moving again eventually ... looking on bright side maybe skin is tightening while I'm waiting lol... would be cool to keep in touch since we had surgery at same time... what is your start weight and current weight..
