Puréed food

Hello! I had the sleeve 1/15. I’m wondering: I’m just starting puréed foods. Can I have guacamole or retried beans? Maybe even some cheese mixed in? What are some puréed foods you guys had that are good?

I started purees a couple days ago. Haven't tried them yet, but my plan has fat free refried beans on the list of recommended foods. Just make sure to puree them - they recommend maybe thinning them out a little.

I've tried a scrambled egg twice. Takes me a long time to finish it. I love cottage cheese, so have had that (did NOT like it with protein powder mixed in) and it goes down well. Have also had chicken salad made with canned chicken and greek yogurt, whirled in the blender. Today will try some roasted red pepper and tomato soup with unflavored protein powder.

I’m 2 weeks post op and in the puréed stage too. I’ve had refried beans with melted cheese. I also added a little plain Greek yogurt to it. It’s a great sour cream substitute. I puréed the beans first and thinned them out just a little with water. It taste great!

My other favorite right now is puréed clam chowder. I found yummy chowder in the refrigerated section of Trader Joe’s.
