  7. I had my surgery Jan 9th 2018 and I had not had a piece of processed sugar since if I want something sweat I have granola with a little honey on it. I was wondering if I eat like one piece of candy or a sliver of cake what would happen? Would I get sick? Or the dreaded dumping syndrome?
  8. I started eating soft foods 2 weeks ago and I am doing well except when it comes to meat and cheese I feel like I get full after 2 bites I can feel it in my throat I chew it finely and eat slow with a baby fork is this normal do I just have to get used to it again? Also the other foods I eat I eat plenty of but 2 hours later I’m hungry again is that normal too?

I am not eating three times a day I can only drink two protein shakes not three and I’m not even close to 64 oz of water. I’m trying really hard to increase everything it’s just I feel full fast . Is this normal ? Should I be worried?
  13. I woke up and I had icky bumps going down my arm. I put like anti itch cream on it they go away for a little bit but come back. Can I be allergic to something ? Does this have to do anything with my diet change?
