Soft food

I started eating soft foods 2 weeks ago and I am doing well except when it comes to meat and cheese I feel like I get full after 2 bites I can feel it in my throat I chew it finely and eat slow with a baby fork is this normal do I just have to get used to it again? Also the other foods I eat I eat plenty of but 2 hours later I’m hungry again is that normal too?

normal i think. I did too. Now at three weeks I can eat a little more at a sitting. But it’s still about 2 oz max of the firmer meats and cheeses- try adding a little sauce or gravy with it if you think you need a few more bites.
