  2. I dnt dump either, I can eat ice cream, cake, cookies, anything really. In the beginning I would eat too fast and would get the foam and saliva. But now I'm 5 months out I've lost 100lbs and I'm scared that my gastric bypass is no longer working. I can even eat and drink in less than 30 mins. 11. Hello sld21, I did my rny surgery in Columbia and my Dr. Did not require a liquid diet either. I was instructed to eat a light dinner (soup) and that's it. I had my surgery the next day at 12pm. I also thought it was strange but I realize in different parts of the world and different Doctors all have their own rules and way of doing things. Good luck. 20. Oh man! Thanks so much. I know this is what I have wanted since I found out how Star Jones lost all her weight. I battle my entire life and I am doing this for me but also for the benefit of my 2 year old. He deserves a mom who can play with him for more than 2 mins. I am so grateful for this opportunity and for my new bffs in this forum. Sent from my SM-G965F using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. So I had my Gastric bypass surgery July 19th. I am currently on clear liquids and I having the worse time. I did so much research and thought I was mentally prepared for this but it is way more emotionally taxing than I ever expected. I just want to chew. I still cannot identify when I'm hungry and when I'm full. I doubt I'm eating enough. And I feel down mostly at meal time. I know I wanted this surgery for years but it's so hard.
