  2. I’m four months post op and I’m stalling. I changed up my exercise routine and still no luck. I’m having a really hard time eating new foods as I still will vomit (even with tiny bites and chewing thoroughly) immediately afterward. Any helpful advice?
  3. It really does take time. In the first 6-8 weeks post op I became obsessed with the scale. DON’T DO IT. I would see fluctuations of 5 or 6 pounds in a day. It will start coming off. [emoji173]️

  8. I’m not a vegan but I’ve had some pretty strong issues with handling meat products and I’ve had to supplement with my bariatric advantage shakes (Bariatric Advantage) or the new whey protein shots (Amazon) as I’m just not getting in my allotment naturally. Hope this helps.
  9. I had RNY on October 30 of this past year. I’ve shed a few pounds and am delighted with how things are going...however, my skin is in chaos. In the last week it has gotten so dry that I don’t know how to maintain it. Especially on my face. My whole face is peeling and tender. My skin feels dry and bumpy. Am I dehydrated? Anyone experience similar issues so soon after surgery?
