  1. Hi everyone, Had my gastric bypass surgery December 7th. Today I'm 3 weeks post op. Starting weight was 285 today I'm 263. I can't tolerate anything. Everything makes me sick to my stomach except saltine crackers.... my whey protein isolate shakes. I tried adding yogurt, almond butter, bananas to give it flavor, but I can only take a couple of sips before I start feeling sick.I have little to no energy...I take ALL my vitamins; I drink as much water as I can..it makes me nauseous.I have my follow up apt. December 28th I'm looking forward to getting answers to help with the situation. Continue success to us all Happy New Year
  2. Hi everyone, Hope all is well. I was sleeved December 5th 2017, due to GERD. I had a Gastric bypass December 7th( this past Tuesday). Everything went good. I'm sore from the incisions. I continue my walk so I don't get clots. I'm so sleepy. Just wanted to touch base with yall. It's over time to began the process.

  4. Hello everyone hope all is well. It's starting to feel REAL. I have my Doctor at 830am in the morning, and from there I go get registered at the hospital.   7. Hi everyone!!! ? I’m scheduled for VSG surgery December 5th!!! I’m afraid and happy but I’m definitely looking forward to getting ready to start my new life. (There is a little person inside me that’s been waiting to come out for years and I’m excited to meet her) ?
  8. Hi I’m new my surgery date is December 5th also. I’m happy and scared at the same time. I don’t have to do a pre opt diet. I have to drink clear liquids the day before surgery,but I’m continuing to watch my food intake. Be blessed everyone and good luck to us ALL we got this[emoji3]
