  4. hmmm, I never once had soreness "in" my stomach. Just at the incision sites but I had the sleeve so bypass could be different.

  6. no problem, just remember whatever you pack...has to be unpacked after surgery That might help keep it simple
  7. I packed an entire suitcase with all my "just in case" items and used absolutely nothing. I slept the first day/night and didn't want to do much when I was awake. The next day I didn't bother even changing my gown because I was scared to move or stretch too much (although I wasn't in pain lol). By the time I got up felt like a person that afternoon, they were in the process of discharging me so I put back on the clothes I wore there. I may have used my phone twice in between naps but didn't even need my charger because I wasn't using it enough to lose juice. Everything i could have possibly wanted or needed was provided.
  8. Ahhhhhh THAT Alex! It's really cool that he is still active here. I just read the profile page.
  9. I'm new and don't know who Alex is but if he can get the perv off, then YES!
  10. LMAO! EXACTLY... I just got the exact same message. Very creepy
  11. 30-40g but I'm not sure if that's the right amount. I'm a little confused by it myself. I'm losing about 2-3 lbs a week now which seems to be good to me.
  12. Thats awesome, I think it took me about 2 weeks.
  13. Oh my gosh yes! I don't like anything I used to anymore. Very few foods I find enjoyable these days and I hope it gets back to normal.
  14. I have BCBS TX and and I had the normal copays for all visits. My surgery was actually scheduled long before I was approved. After my last medical clearance appt on 11-30, it was submitted to the insurance company and took 7 days to get the approval notification. Luckily I still had another 6 days to go before my surgery date - talk about cutting it close!
  15. Awesome! Can't wait to join you
  16. I've been wondering the same question. I'm two months out and have no idea how much I SHOULD be eating. I eat 500-600 calories a day, maybe 3-4 oz at a time.
  17. I have the same issue, my surgery is tomorrow and I've started my cycle! I was told, no tampons..pads only Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
