I can eat rice but feel extremely ful ( uncomfortable really) in the past year I only had a slice of bread maybe 2 or 3 times I don't crave it or need it so I don't buy it that's the easiest, just don't buy it lol and pasta is on occasion but I just stay with eatting protein first and there's no room for any thing else. After an hr then i can get veggies in. Just follow the plan yup sounds boring right but the outcome looks good [emoji3].... love sea food pre-measure and weight...put in snack baggie they are great and ill grab one when I think I'm hungry..its a great treat lots of protein too!!! I still can't eat that much in one sitting. I suppose that's good lol I have to put it away and pick at it later ....last night I went to pool league to watch my daughter play pool ..she always gets their chili ...so I asked her do they just have a cup of chili cuz that's probably all I can eat and she said yes ....I ate an inch from the top and that was all I could eat ....I said to her your bowl looks like it should be Mama Bear's porridge and my cup of chili should be baby bears porridge and of course everybody on the pool league they all laughed at us Sent from my LGL84VL using BariatricPal mobile app
