Has anyone used a financing source to fund their surgery? Who did you go through? What did you look for to know it was safe? Thank you.

I feel exactly the same way. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Good advice here. I had mine removed a couple years ago. It is the WORST PAIN I've EVER experienced and I have 3 kids. There is no position to relieve the pain. It hurt so bad I couldn't move, let alone run to the bathroom. I would sweat even though I felt cold. The attacks would last for hours. Mine usually happened at night after eating a lot of fatty food. I'm so glad to be rid of my gallbladder!

The support staff I'm working with pre-op keeps asking me if I have any questions. I have asked a few, but to be honest I don't have that many. What types of questions did you ask?

Has anyone gone to Mexico alone? My husband is NOT supportive and I am going through the process anyway. I have my own money so that's not a problem. I'm mostly worried about my belongings being safe while I'm in surgery. Also I only speak English.
