Anyone in their 20's have vsg
I'm 23 and get my sleeve on Monday. Currently on my pre-op diet. So far I'm a little over protein shakes but still feel good and determined to succeed. Since the first day I decided I was going to do this, I started trying to train and slightly better my relationship with food. Eating until I was satisfied, rather than full kinda thing. Paying attention to my body as much as I could. Would be happy to update you real time over the next few days on how the process is going if that'll be of any help to you:) best of luck! Vitamins
Family member recommended these! Since they are gummies she doesn't have trouble passing them and are a nice treat after your meal

Suggestions
I live in San Antonio and just arrived to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, where I will be having my surgery. Total price will be around $5,000 out of pocket. There is also a really good surgeon in Piedras Negras, Coahuila who operated on my cousin and got great results... that doctor runs you about $9,000 however. Hope this helps!

How to tell family I want to get a sleeve
In my personal experience, I did get a little bit of pushback from my family and friends.. they all said "you don't need surgery" or "I'm sure you could do it on your own" initially. I made it a point to let them know that I was doing this for myself, and just sharing these big and life-changing news with them because I could appreciate their support—rather than asking them for their permission or opinions. Once I told them a little bit more about my situation and how much I had investigated on WLS, everybody became super supportive and understanding. It is scary, but hopefully the outcome and the support you'll receive in return will be completely worth it. Also, YouTube videos/IG acts of people who have been through this helps. Best of luck!!
