  10. I am 4 months post op. I am very happy with my weight loss, though it feels like it's going slow. I am down 53 lbs. I started back doing cardio after 6 weeks post op and I am addicted to exercise. Again, I feel fabulous and all my health indicators are great. I just wonder if others are experiencing slow weight loss. My doctor said all that matters is how I feel. I have to admit that it is really exciting to fit in a size 16 again!
